I read about this on one of the celebrity websites I visit. Someone has a mental issue. It appears it's done on purpose, not a result of an emergency.

Disgusting though. I don't understand how someone even does that while out for a run.

Put out a trailcam. Heck I have a Bushnell trailcam that will take full HD color video with sound.
