Russia has banned a picture depicting President Vladimir Putin in heavy makeup as "extremist."

Russia's justice ministry added the image, which depicts the Russian president in lipstick and mascara, to its list of banned extremist material last week.

The Vladimir-Putin-as-a-gay-clown meme appeared after Russia introduced a controversial "gay propaganda" law in 2013.

For some reason, that picture reminds me of the Rolling Stones Some Girls album.I think people get bent out of shape about too much dumb crap. In Drill Instructor school, the students get to do skits about anything they want at the end. Don't ask why. I have no idea.

I was infamous for playing basketball two hours a day and smoking. I was also infamous for being a total hardass. Sou out comes this student -- 2 cigarettes in his mouth and one behind each ear, bouncing a basketball, barking orders. I don't know what was funnier. Every head swiveled to look at my reaction. I was cracking up. I though it was funny as Hell. I was actually flattered the students picked me as a target.

Life's too short. I see the humor in everything.
