Thank you everyone! I love this board and all the folks on it.

This has turned out to be a very precious birthday to me. For anyone who does not already know, I recently had a heart attack. I am hopefully recovering, though it seems to be a very slow process. I now have a stent in the artery, to open up a 100% blockage in (I think) small part.

Anyway, take care of yourselves and pay attention to anything odd. This appeared to come out of nowhere to me, but looking back, I was having a harder time walking distances beforehand.

Russ and our daughter are about to make me a birthday dinner of my favorite thing- scallops. With asparagus and some kind of sweet potato dish. Maybe I will even have a few sips of wine.

My oldest brother Julian went into hospital yesterday and we just got word he has some kind of heart blockage, they are prepping his to put in a stent right now.
We were just there this morning 9am until 1 PM and now the docs come back this afternoon informing us of this.

I didn't know about your H.A. But I do know how it feels. I had a quadruple bypass in 2009, after being declared..TWICE on the way to the hospital. I owe my life to Two EMT's/Firefighters.
Stay healthy...follow the Doc's orders, and keep enjoying DP with the rest of Us.:amen:
