As many as six children died after an elementary school bus crashed, toppled over and wrapped around a tree in Chattanooga, Tenn., on Monday afternoon, officials said.

Lots of and back and forth debate on putting seat belts in school buses.

But how many kids that age would have the mind to release them in an accident like this?
Very few I am afraid...then there is the fire hazard, too.
