I doubt he has a clearance yet as well. Access would be monitored or escorted until full clearance is granted.

We did that in Command Centers all the time. A Congressman, Senator, (both with staff), or state officials come in...they might
have clearances, both of those are based on "Need to Know", so we'd sanitize the space. If something came down of a sensitive nature during their
visit , they'd be escorted out of the room.
