4 mile fence around DNC

The entire area is completely surrounded by a fence, which is approximately 8 feet in height. And you're damned right - what happens if you unlawfully should try and hop over this fence? That's right, you will be arrested. They want to be protected, and to keep out folks that do not belong and do not have the appropriate paperwork.
