New Yawk leads the way--it just gave permission for homeless people etc to piss and defecate in the streets and alleys there and cops are forbidden to arrest or harass such people.
Never mind the disease that such will bring and the perverts awaiting to expose their penis etc. to women and children..

I know how you guys feel, I'm embarrassed to be a New Yorker at times. Hell, I'm still from NJ as far as I'm concerned, but it ain't much better over there!

I hit the streets around here and it's all Volvo's and them stupid PT cruisers, with Obama and Hillary bumper stickers. It's SO hard for me to keep from putting one of them into a pole or just into another parked car. They are detrimental to the environment though, so the way I see it, I would be doing the world a favor, even if only temporarily. :)
