Two points: one, this is MSNBC commentating ... and I understand they're at least broadly Leftie in their biases ? So, we know from the outset that a hostile agenda is being followed, and NOT impartial, unbiased, unmotivated reporting.

Two -- even IF this lot constitutes fair reporting, is it normal thinking to believe that a person must never refine his or her thinking on any one subject ? Why ... if this is so, then this very site's existence is a pointless one, since it means that nobody will ever debate a thing and hope to achieve anything at all from such an exercise.

Home of Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews. Only reason I ever watch it is on weekends they have a series called "Lockup" which basically goes to prisons around the US and does stories on the conditions and the people. Otherwise, that channel is worse than teenage wasteland. Anyone that believes anything their news programming has to say need electro-shock therapy.

One thing I really liked about Reagan is he broke up a bunch of monopolies. Somebody needs to break up NBC. They have their hands in Universal Studios, Disney and half the cable channels. They present an unrealistic world from their POV. Almost anything you watch on cable is from an NBC slant and purposefully so. They brainwash people into believing sh*t that isn't true.
