Talk about a Kafka type situation, Nicholas Bowen was arrested for trespassing while walking in the project area where he lived. After appearing in court, and having the citation dismissed, a warrant was erroneously issued on the citation, and his odyssey began. Every time he was stopped for inquisition, and his papers demanded, he was arrested on the warrant and held for a court appearance, where charges were dismissed and he was free to go, over, and over, and over again.
