Is it because they really don't like what Trump has to say about making America great, and want to prevent him from saying it since they can't answer him?

I can only comment about what is on Twitter - and several have "claimed" that Chicago was planned, as well as hecklers and such at a few other events. Supposedly free lunch, free bus ride and some cash to participants. I've also found this on quite a few websites, but they are not remotely mainstream media, so I won't pretend that it's fact.
