I would have been pulling for Carolina regardless. Cam Newton is fun to watch.

Carolina rushes for over 200 yards tonight as a team, and Cam tosses for only 175-225, but also gets another 2 TD's himself (passing or running) and I think they win a closer game than I originally thought.

I vividly remember University of Kentucky Wildcats vs. Wisconsin last year. UK was 38-0.....and lost. My daughter and I had purchased tickets for the championship game in Indianapolis for $1,400 each. We sold them back for $200. :(

*Hey Thanks Perianne....Ya Im over it it...No one likes to lose....even Newton...Stuff happens...Like I always said..."on any given Sunday"..Panthers ended up 17-2 for the year best record ...(but lost the Superbowl) such is life...Denver ended up with 15-4...but won the Superbowl ...Good for them...They shined and their Defense played better than ours...They earned their win...

Cam was frustrated also...:coffee:

Over the years I come to appreciate anyone's skills. I used to dislike Tom Brady, though I thought he was a hunky hunk man. Then, I slowly began to appreciate his skills.

Anyway, it was a good season for both Carolina and Denver. At least your team made it, LongTermGuy. My Cowboys were at the back of the line. :(

Agree ...the nature of the game..."there is always next year" for all teams...:)

One term I really dislike hearing after this final game is calling the team that did not win it "Losers".

Carolina is a not a loser at all. After all, there were 30 other teams that did not make it, so the two
that face off in the final are both winners. One just fell short is all.
