We need a vibrant, growing economy. Nobody would give a rip about illegals from Mexico.

I would gladly have disagreed with them or anyone else that allowed illegal immigration to flourish. You won't get an argument from mots folks on regular immigration. I believe they both also implemented laws/regulations for workers/companies. And unless the government backs up those laws and enforces them, it's all useless.
