Actually, I find it CLEVER....not funny in any way. When this sort of 'irony' happens, it usually means one thing and that is we are in for an upsetting ruling just around the corner. As Tyr has said; 'Don't count anything that this POS or his followers does as an accident or as stupid'

I truly believe that everything is calculated....as with Benghazi, Fast & Furious, Solyndra AND the list goes on and on.

Why doesn't this surprise me in the slightest bit? I wonder how many bodies it's responsible for?

Unfortunately, Obama and his minions have found that if a judge (or Congress) orders his administration to do something and they just don't do it... there are no consequences at all. Someone should be getting escorted off to jail, but nothing happens. So that's how I expect Obama to handle this - continue to withhold evidence throughout the rest of his term, ignoring this judge. No repercussions will happen. This is the sleaziest President of all time.
