You want to kill Christmas, I see you've begun
If God were alive He'd not exclude anyone
If we kick out the Muslims, why not kick out the Jews?
Let's extradite all that don't sit in my pews

I see you erecting your full tree of hate
Established behind a large metal gate
You love all the warlords who worship the gun
You want strict controls over everyone

If Jesus came back, there'd be no Donald Trump
Hell would await with a kick to the rump
There'd be no Ben Carson, there'd be no Ted Cruz
Their demise would lead off the 7 o'clock news

Jesus was born in a barn full of straw
Amongst all the sinners, he had not a flaw
Our Saviour blessed lepers, the unclean and the whores
Jesus blessed all who walked through his doors

You can't be God's follower if you preach hate and death
You will answer to Him after life's final breath
His children love Jesus, they love Buddah and Allah
They all get a yes and never a nah

Stop feeling righteous when you're really a sinner
You'd not be welcome at Christ's final dinner
No one is chosen to walk past God's gate
When your mind is poison and your words are hate

Friends or not...it is rather crass to inject politics into
the Christmas season, especially naming specific people, Gabby.
That little poem is just full of the hate that you preach
