It's a good/bad situation. I didn't really get hurt bad. Bad, I did a real nice piroutte off the bike into the intersection on my ass and didn't break anything, hence I won't get any real money from his insurance for injuries. Good, ta' hell with the money... I'm glad I didn't wind up like Christopher Reeves.

I honestly don't know anything about bikes, they arn't my thing. I can't tell a Harley from a Suzuki, Honda or Buell. All's I know is Harley has a perticular sound that they patented or something.

All but $500, which was my deductible. The bike actually looks nicer than it did, because the new triple trees they ordered were chrome, and the old ones were just polished aluminum. Might have had something to do with all those guys down there are my buddies... :D

I have Tramadol for nerve pain, and Vicodin for neck pain, and that's it. Oh... I have 600mg ibuprohen.

My Harley is a 2006 35th Anniversary Dyna Super Glide, numbered 0793 out of 3500 made. I've lightly customised it. Chrome, Wild One chubbies with internal wiring, stainless steal cables, Street Bob seat, Race Tuned, etc..

It was. I'm building a similar one for myself. Different tank with a pearl white paint job topped with blue flames.

I really dig the MIA-POW shift linkage. Did you have someone custom cut that out on a water jet or plasma cutter? Very cool. And I love the paint. Someones real good with an air brush.

How about that Ultima 120? You like it? When I was working at Reno Harley Davidson, during Street Vibrations (http://road-shows.com/street_vibrations.php) we'd get every kind of machine known to man in the shop. We wouldn't normally do that, but if we could help them with something we could fix, we'd do it. So I've ridden three or four of everything ever built, and the sweetest engine, evo style, that I liked was the S&S 124.

One of these days I'm going to build me a little ground pounder, probably a rigid, and I will definitely drop in a twin cam with fuel injection. Since I've had my Harley with the Delphi fuel injection and seen how versital it is, how well it works, and the kind of reliable power and fuel economy you can get from it, I want it. And I probably won't go any bigger than a 116 c.i.. The fastest bike I ever road had a 116. It was a 2006 FLHX, and it would pull the front wheel off the road with sheer torque in third gear. Enough to keep up with just about any rice rocket. Crazy fast. It was pushing something like 145 foot pounds of torque.
