The only times I can remember drinking Kool- Aid in quantity was at camp. Served with every meal in aluminum pitchers and called Bug Juice. At home my go to drink was Hawaiian Punch.

I grew up on kool-aid and I buy it in bulk during the summer. It's cheap and I don't care if the kids finish all of it or if there are little cups all around half full.

We used to make kool-aid Popsicles and ice cubes.

Kool Aid rocks, until you realize your are gulping down sugar that you add more sugar to. Not that "I" have an issue with that, as I'm a shitty eater and love anything that falls under the category of "junk food". It's cheap, so it makes sense that those with not a lot of money would buy it. Why not? Cheap and everyone will drink it as it tastes good. These days I much prefer water myself.
