`Dozens of Spiked Bats Found In San Francisco, Baffling Police`

The bats were found attached to poles and parking meters.
Andraychak said the makeshift bludgeons are <nobr>considered (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/spiked-bats-san-francisco_565b43dfe4b08e945feb7898#)</nobr> prohibited or deadly weapons, possession of which is a felony.
