Not a problem, nor is it much more of a threat compared to the UNSPOKEN, UNADVERTISED American weapons today.

SABRE RATTLING and nothing more. We all SHOULD remember how great the Russian Navy/Submarine service really is, and always has been. Bigger IS NOT always better.
