Family of man shot by customer with concealed carry license: 'Something doesn't seem right'
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-chicago-concealed-carry-20151101-story.html
What's wrong is that the man killed has a history of armed robbery and apparently attempted another one. This time he picked a wrong target. The customer had a concealed carry permit. Illinois has some strict regulations on that. Doesn't matter if the bad guy's gun was real or not. That was his stupid move. What's not right is that this individual thought armed robbery was a good career choice.
