I had to contact one utility and two public service places today.
All three had a damn phone bot (that started with 'Press 1 for English')...
then went around in circles without even getting close to the farkin'
issue I needed to address: "your call is important to us, please stay
on the line. The next customer service representative will be available
in 26 minutes (or 45 in the other two).
What the f*** happened to speaking with a human? And the fees for
these places rise each year?
