There’s apparently an $800,000 annual salary and an organization full of Shukla family members that has produced next to no results for the millions received. Even NSF on their own web page acknowledges that only one paper has been produced out of a 4.2 million dollar grant.

Anybody not knowing that its a huge scam by now , likely never will know the truth IMHO.
Ice cap on Mars is melting--so they find running water there. Only cause for that is the Sun's activity but
hell no- they trot out a scientist that suggests in was massive catastrophic climate change that supposedly, millions of years ago, made Mar's oceans disappear!
And that when Mars has no damn atmosphere!
