Looks like perhaps Trump wasn't so far off after all.

But then in 1982, Justice Brennan left a footnote that changed everything. On the footprint, the idiot writes:
“no plausible distinction with respect to Fourteenth Amendment ‘jurisdiction’ can be drawn between resident aliens whose entry into the United States was lawful, and resident aliens whose entry was unlawful.”
With the actual original intent in mind, I DO think they should contest this, and I do think they would win. It should cease going forward, IMO.
