Make the best software possible because she's sneaky? I guess she never heard that good software avoids secrets and is easy to step through.
That's not even to mention the chilling effect of admitting one has used a methodology for the first time, but it works and you want help to rework it for best practices. No software team is going to take that kind of risk if a sneaky woman archives that kind of thing for future ammunition instead of helping the company implement industry-published best practices.
