Rebels in Ukraine are working to develop a radioactive dirty bomb with the help of Russian nuclear scientists, according to a Ukrainian security service dossier obtained by The Times.

The report draws on hacked emails between rebels and intercepted radio communications, as well as a field agent’s findings. It claims that Russian specialists have withdrawn radioactive industrial waste from a secure bunker at the Donetsk state chemical plant and moved it to a rebel military base, where it can be combined with explosives to create a devastatingly effective weapon.

I've yet to see you post anything that doesn't paint Ukraine in a very negative light. Is it because they have people there who resent what their history teaches them ? Or .. because they have the temerity to resist Russian control ?

Sure I can! I am glad that Russia lifted this yoke from our neck and hung it to the West. The ones who can survive in Ukraine will become wiser.
But the thread is not about this. This is also about The Times. This is a good point to think a lot over. The Times is not a "yellow press".
BTW, to construct a "dirty nuke bomb" there is NO need in scientists. The only thinks required is the wastes from UKRAINIAN atomic power stations. The further scenario is on the surface. The first step was made by the West.
