Kinda both, it was the Port Authority police. Dirty bastards! At least I got my charges dropped!

Well, when you punch a cop in the mouth it's kind of hard to get the charges dropped.

Not like that! LOL They made me drop drawer right outside the Holland Tunnel exit from NY. A simple pat down wasn't sufficient. Of course they were just trying to embarrass me and a buddy with a jillion cars driving by. Then they arrested us anyway!!

Well, when you punch a cop in the mouth it's kind of hard to get the charges dropped.

At the least that's negligence. criminal-negligence manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter.
If you're on a job and drive a fork lift around a blind corner in a warehouse at 12mph without warning killing someone.
or any number of OJT negligent act that results in death. your getting serious criminal charges.

But whether or not that's all that happened is only known by the LEOs inside the vehicle.
and we all know LEOs never lie to cover each others butts.
They are only ever honest and true.
Cameras in those vehicles is a good idea.
