While I'm probably the most convincable, here's what it would take for me: Going on a six month IT contract and seeing how companies are run and what kind of quality of life becomes of it in Russia. I can tell you from my own experience that Brazil sucks unless you're retired or are a transferred by an US firm, getting US pay rates. Cuba on the other hand is like hell on Earth. Distributing the below poster in Cuba will get even a vistor 5 to 20 years in prison. Thank God someone talked me out of doing that.
