Closing arguments are set in the Philadelphia trial of a former TV anchor whose career ended after he used the N-word during an in-house discussion of the racial epithet. ...He argues that black employees could use the word with impunity but not whites like him.

That word was so ingrained in my mother's vocabulary, I don't think she could have stopped using it if she wanted to. I hope the TV anchor wins his case.

Thank you. I guessed so, but wanted to be sure. Tell me please how you would call African Negroes and doesn't Arnold Schwarzenegger feel offended that his surname means "double black"? I think that you've been too clever by half with these names - Negroes, colored, black, afro-Americans...

What's the difference between saying "the N word" (half-apologetically) and just saying nigger?

Is that the differing between saying "effing" or "freakin'" and just saying fucking?

or "Gosh darn" instead of "God damn"?

He's going to lose, of course. The PC and race-baiting blacks will have the judge's ass all over every news channel and paper, and Obama will decry his white racist attitude. No judge is going to risk his career for this one man's First Amendment Rights.
