Well yet another Mayor selling his police force out. I agree there are some bad apples on the police force all over this country, but listening to the Mayor it sounds as though he is taking blame, this before anyone was convicted of a crime ( even though it looks to be cut and dry ) but these Mayors that come out and throw their police force under the bus, well let them deal with the consequences when the police say the hell with it and turn a blind eye to the crime that is happening. A few bad apples don't ruin the entire Bushel.

BALTIMORE – The mayor called on federal investigators Wednesday to look into whether this city's beleaguered police department uses a pattern of excessive force or discriminatory policing.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said even though complaints of excessive force and lawsuits alleging misconduct our down over the last few years, "we all know that Baltimore has a fractured relationship with community."
The mayor's request came a day after new Attorney General Loretta Lynch visited the city. The mayor said Lynch understands the urgency of her request.
