If we are all to be owned by oligarchs (No one is owned by anyone in the US. Hasn't been a thing for more than a century. Also, Democrats and Republicans don't count as Oligarchs, since they are roughly 90% of the country, thus not a small group of privileged elites.), should we not make them debate publicly so that we can know their real philosophy instead of listening to their bought and paid for politicians?

They debate in the caucuses, they debate in the committees, they debate to elect nominees, and then there are the actual Presidential debates. I mean, seriously, why are you even on this site if you haven't worked that one out yet?
