Why is it everytime an African American is fired they blame it on racism, even if they screwed up on a number of occasions?

Because it always works.

It's stupid. Besides the comments he made, he was always late and a pain to work with. That has been said on several projects he has worked on. Then the temper tantrum he threw after he was fired. I will never watch another show or movie that guy is in.
