Sheriff Frank McKeithen fumed as he likened the scene to “wild animals preying on a carcass laying in the woods” and called the video the “most disgusting, sickening thing” he has ever seen.

The video was obtained by Troy Police during an investigation into a shooting in the college town, officials said. Officers discovered the video while searching the phone of a witness to the shooting and contacted BCSO. Otherwise, the incident might have not been reported, McKeithen said.

The victim said she thought she had been drugged at the time, and she did not remember the incident enough to report it, she told BCSO.

“She knows something happened, but she doesn’t know what happened,” McKeithen said.

Days ago, officers laid out a spread of guns and drugs recovered during Spring Break to demonstrate what they have been dealing with this year. One side of the table was covered with drugs running the gamut from marijuana to MDMA — otherwise known as “Molly” — to cocaine and heroin. The other side held 49 handguns, an unprecedented amount that increased from nine last year.

Schools these days teach anti-morality. I tell my 8 year old son, if a boy hits you -you knock him on his ass and don't worry about what the teachers say about it. I'l deal with them and you will not be punished by me. Son if you do not defend your own body how are you ever going to be a man and defend others , those helpless and in great need!?

Back when I was in school 60's onward it was --who hit first--that decided who got punished the kid reacting was talked to but not punished. Which taught the right of self defense is inviolate and a thing the libs/dems/leftists hate-- JUSTICE!
Years later (late 60's)in High school the insane policy that you were not to hit back was instituted. My dad told me to ignore it and if attacked to beat hell out of the guy attacking--even if that guy was a male teacher.

Sadly, the British authorities would never agree with you. Even for a crime like terrorism, the UK would never allow extradition to another country under circumstances where a guilty verdict incurring a death penalty was the expected outcome.

Essentially the same applies here. Here, though, the aversion to killing as a sentence would probably even be bought into by the other prisoners (not counting actual killers, of course !).

But one thing you can be sure of - they'd make the guilty inmate's life a living hell, given half a chance. Leading to the same isolation outcome you've described.

A prisoner has admitted trying to murder Soham killer Ian Huntley and the manslaughter of child murderer Colin Hatch.

Damien Fowkes, 36, used a homemade weapon to slash Huntley's throat in Durham's Frankland Jail in March 2010. He also strangled Hatch with strips of bedding at Full Sutton Prison near York in February 2011.

Hull Crown Court court was told Fowkes showed "strong psychopathic traits".

Fowkes, from Northampton, attacked Huntley, who is serving a life sentence for the murder of 10-year-old schoolgirls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman in 2002, while the killer was working on the healthcare wing.

The attack caused a "severe gaping cut to the left side of his neck".

The judge said the wound was 7in (18cm) long and required 21 stitches.

Graham Reeds, prosecuting, said Fowkes, who was serving life for armed robbery, asked a prison officer: "Is he dead? I hope so."

Mr Reeds said the weapon used was "fashioned from a razor that was melted on to the handle of a knife or some other plastic utensil".

Hatch was jailed for life in 1994.

Mr Reeds described Huntley as a "notorious child killer, both inside prison and in society in general". He said: "The defendant has since expressed a particular hatred for child killers."

Yeah, sometimes it may take longer than the courts, but justice has a weird way of working out sometimes. If someone rapes a little kid... I say put them in the general population and announce his arrival. Have all the guards take a smoke break. If a lesser sex crime of sorts on a child, maybe stop the beating, but allow it to happen every now and again, while in prison of course. Criminals are criminals, but even those bastards tend to have a code of sorts, and gangs, and they ain't letting in fuckers like that.

Went through that with my daughter. Told her the exact same thing. This girl hit her, my daughter clocked her -- both get suspended. She couldn't return until she and I met with the counselor. I took her on the way to work. In uniform. :) I told the lady in no uncertain terms would I tell my daughter to not defend herself. If she starts it, that's one thing. The counselor tried to PC argue how wrong I was and setting a bad example for my daughter. I was like no, YOU are setting the bad example. My daughter's not taking a beating over your PC rules.

And you have to picture it: this leftwing, PC chair-polisher and you can bet I was playing Gunny role to the max with her. My daughter got to go back to class.

In general, the public schools are PC'ed out the ass, controlled by lib idiots and arrogant asses that were brainwashed in today's leftist/socialist colleges.
Any good parent should factor this in and diligently reteach their kids as the kids progress thru the grade levels. A damn lot of the totally messed up crap we see in the news today is the results of parents failing to take the time to do that IMHO.
AN EXAMPLE- 30 years ago my younger brother went on vacation for a week in July. It gets hotter than hell around here in the South in late July!

This is how boring TV has been lately: I was watching Hannity. Now Only Hannity could screw up a story like this. He has got to be the biggest prude with a stick up his ass. His idea is shut down Spring Break. What's next? Mardi Gras? I wouldn't even go on his show if I disagreed with him. He talks over anyone that disagrees with him EVERY time. You don't get to finish a sentence.

I've been to Spring Break, mostly on the East Coast of Florida. Miami and Daytona mostly. Been to Padre Island a couple of times. Different times of course, but two things factored then that apparently don't in Panama City:

1. It was WAY more controlled. Especially in South Texas. That was Minor In Possession ticket season for cops.

2. Had this incident happened when I used to go, there'd be guys lining up to kick some asses.

No one brought guns. Who the f- brings a gun to the beach? And why?

The city is to blame for this. Panama City is the closest decent beach for most of the Central States. It's actually not a big place. The $ overrode their common sense. They make money during Spring Break and the summer.

Now, there's only a couple of ways into Panama City. One more if you're a fish. They could control this a LOT better.

The problem I have with Hannity and his cohort on this, Ainsley Earhart (who used to be a morning news desk jockey in San Antonio), is to them, this isn't about controlling Spring Break. I DO agree it's out of hand. At least in Panama City.

For Hannity, it's about imposing morality on everyone. HIS morality.
