Pluralsight and Lynda

I'm mentioning two competing sites as not to make this a "commercial". I'm appalled when people say how little money they get paid, not to mention the social bullcrap they put up with on the job. Add to that the anti-male atmosphere at universities these days.

These two places have an affordable monthly fee to get you the know how to earn a good living AND in a job function where lots of social contact isn't required. I just took some Java courses and learned enough to pass an interview for a gig I wouldn't have gotten six months ago.
