For example, on Feb. 17 during a White House summit on violent extremism, Biden made uncomfortable remarks about his familiarity with Somali cab drivers before an audience of religious and community leaders, many of whom were Muslims and of African descent. Earlier in the day, he awkwardly placed his hands on the shoulders of Stephanie Carter, wife of incoming Defense Secretary Ash Carter. A widely circulated photograph of the “inappropriate touching” incident increased speculation as to the probable causes of Biden’s behavior.`

`Assuming`..... “Crazy Uncle Joe” has checked himself into the Betty Ford Center as a patient to either dry himself out or to get clean and sober, he might also want them to check him for dementia, and also check to make sure his aneurism isn’t leaking again. If he’s not suffering from dementia, and if there are no problems with the aneurism, then the guy is either incredibly stupid or a hopeless chemical dependent. Either way, he’s not someone we’d want in the Oval Office when a crisis occurs. Someone who’s drunk or high, or demented is not likely to make the right decisions in times of crisis.`

Whether true or not it sure enough would explain some weird behavior, I think if I was slow Joe I would stand by the story at least it gives him a excuse for being a idiot.

The ".co" makes me instantly believe this is a non story. If true, others would be all over this and there would be about a billion stations and cameras at Betty Ford.

I do think he needs to go anyway. Not necessarily for any substance abuse, but maybe abuse of the English speaking language? :dunno:
