She represents herself as such, and it's very often on her letterhead. She has been using that name forever. Here is one of her sites to officially contact her. Try going there and see what her contact address is:

When she was SOS, it was also listed as such on her page, as well as when she was in other offices. Not that it matters, even her wiki page is titled as such. Just do a search on "Hilllary Clinton" and you'll see. Also, here in America... MANY women hold onto their maiden names and then add on their married name at the end. Some do with or without a hyphen. In other words, totally normal.
