Using private e-mails to conduct government business is apparently a common practice. Rick Perry and Scott Walker have both done it.

gabby. Do you ever get tired of sounding like a spoiled little troublemaker who always cries
"If He did it, why can't I do it?" By the way Neither Perry, or Walker were U.S.GOVT. employee's. Guess you
didn't want anyone to recognize that FACT...Did ya?

Rather than me pointing out once again that you evade subjects by going to the past...
Now that you have pointed that out - HOW does that change what Hillary did? Oh, and they are NOT the same, not unless those folks had their own servers, where they control what's getting backed up, and they control what gets deleted.
Dummy. :)

Jim. Obviously, gabby's liberal thinking, as limited as it may be. Puts an Appointed Secretary of State of the Nation, in the same realm as a State Gov. So gabby. How many Gov's did Obama choose? Last time I checked Hillary wasn't ELECTED like the STATE GOVS.

Hillary broke Federal Law
18 U.S.C. 2071 - Concealment of Records
Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes ..shall be fined under this title or imprisoned ..and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States

I am a government employee with 'clearances'...and I can tell
you right now that it is NOT a permitted practice to use Private
E-mail accounts, AOL, Yahoo, etc. - to conduct ANY kind of government
business; especially anything to do with military, security, State!
Casual contacts via social channels is an entirely different thing -
but when a subject goes past FOUO (For Official Use Only) into
Confidential and above....BIG NO-NO!
We have to sign Internet Security Understandings Annually!
Either someone is blowing smoke up your tushie, or you
are making up your above statement.

Elessar. When I was on active duty in the Navy, as a Radioman (which no longer exists). We used a security technique, based on the WALKERS, who both were spies, and on active duty.
That technique was TWO PERSON INTEGRITY. Which required EVERYONE, no matter what their rank, to maintain TWO PERSON possession, and use of ALL Classified Information. Primarily, when handling Cryptological data, which could have been easily compromised without the TWO PERSON technique.
If HILLARY violated (in any form, or fashion) the Compromise of Classified Information. She should END UP IN LEVENWORTH, Kansas, or better yet. With the other SPY, Obama...in GITMO.

.
I am quite familiar with that whole requirement, having been assigned certain duties and responsibilities in several places. Nobody really needs to know where I am now or what I do aside from being a Search and Rescue Specialist that has to also deal with L.E. issues at times. We still do that to this day in several areas!
