It's been quite a month for the Obama administration.
1.) When they announced they would not deport illegal aliens despite clear Federal laws requiring them to do so, a Federal judge issued an injunction against them. And this week they announced they would disobey the Federal injunction and keep the illegals on their "no-deport" list anyway.
2.) The administration's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (BATF) announced today that they would fast-track a ban on ammunition for one of the most popular American rifles - a clear violation of the 2nd amendment's ban on government interfering with people's right to keep an bear arms. The constitutional restriction on their actions, doesn't seem to worry them. They apparently believe they don't have to obey it.
3.) The administration's FCC has written up a plan to restrict the internet, using the excuse that "we must make sure there is equal access". This despite the fact that everyone already has easy access to it, and no one has ever been harmed by any so-called "unequal access". The heavy hand of government is coming down on one of the last relatively-unrestricted means of free speech and communication. With no credible reason given for this restriction, that leaves only the incredible reasons for it.
It's becoming apparent that the Obama administration does not feel bound by the Constitution, Federal laws, or the courts, much less the will of the American people who oppose all of these recent actions.
Are there ANY checks and balances left to keep this administration within American law?
