My grandkids call me Grammy .... started out as Gammy when the oldest was first speaking. She made sure the rest of them knew it was G R A M M Y and not G A M M Y.

It never mattered to me but I must say that Grammy sounds a little more my style.

Thank you! Alison is 1.25 years old. Jack is 10 months. The girl is my daughter's, the boy my oldest son's.

A couple of pictures of Alison and parents today. They were at Christkindlmarket Chicago with the protests against Emanuel and all. ;) Met up with Derek, (youngest son) and his girlfriend.

Thanks Abbey. I have to laugh looking at the grandkids. Kendall's hair was just like Alison. I think she was 3 before it got long. The boys were born with long hair! LOL! Jack's already had 2 haircuts, Alison-0.

Good name for the horse, doubt the kids would do that though. :laugh2:

How fast they grow! Here's Ali this morning, first with her 'loot' the Easter bunny brought, then playing with sidewalk chalk with my darling daughter. You'll notice her 'eggs' have prefixes and suffixes, yeah her bunny is my daughter, already trying to teach Ali to read. LOL!:

Thanks you guys! She's pretty special, looks so much like her mama at the same age-though much taller and Kendall was in the 95%. LOL!

Both the grandkids got the curly hair, Jack's is a lot thicker though.

My son and wife are in France for 10 days. Yesterday Kendall had Jack over for the day. Had the morning with just him, Ali started preschool. In the afternoon, they went to a park. Abbey , I know you like pics! There's a bit less than 6 months difference between them. ;)
