In 2016, we will have an election for yet another President. Who out there would be a good President in the issue of standing up to Islamic encroachment and violence?
It's an issue I haven't thought about until just a few moments ago, but it is an issue that may soon be very germane.

I want someone who will spell out what they will do, not to mention define, about Islam as it exists today. I'm tired of hearing about 'the religion of peace.' It's not.
Closer to home, I want to hear about how the tax burden will be lifed to some degree on the middle class. Since the beginning of our history this is a cohort that has grown, until the past 10 years. It's grown worse under Obama.

Middle class decline looms over final years of Obama presidency
BY HOWARD SCHNEIDER
DALTON, GeorgiaSun Jan 18, 2015 1:40pm EST
(Reuters) - Barack Obama (http://bit.ly/1svQIxk) enters the final two years of his presidency with a blemish on his legacy that looks impossible to erase: the decline of the middle class he has promised to rescue.
The revival of middle-class jobs has been one of Obama's mantras since he took office in 2009 fighting the worst economic crisis in generations. It was a major theme of his last State of the Union address and is expected to feature in the one scheduled for Tuesday.
Administration officials said on Saturday the president would propose higher capital gains taxes, new fees on large financial firms, and other measures to raise $320 billion for programs and tax breaks aimed at the middle class.
Obama's administration can take credit for stabilizing the U.S. economy, which is growing again and last year added jobs at the fastest clip since 1999.
But for the middle class the scars of the recession still run deep. Federal Reserve survey data show families in the middle fifth of the income scale now earn less and their net worth is lower than when Obama took office.
In the six years through 2013, over the recession and recovery that have spanned Obama's tenure, jobs have been added at the top and bottom of the wage scale, a Reuters analysis of labor statistics shows. In the middle, the economy (http://bit.ly/1stXo9F) has shed positions - whether in traditional trades like machining or electrical work, white-collar jobs in human resources, or technical ones like computer operators.

Kat, the problem is that --the Federal government machine, the mass media machine(propaganda), the dem party machine and it allies will all be spouting that what you want , what I want is dinosaur thinking and as wrongheaded as a bull in a china shop.
The public at large hasn't got a clue due to 50+ years of socialistic public education and will believe the liars, the socialists, the power-mad , power hungry government machine.
Yes, sad to say that these last two elections that gave us this lying piece of human waste (the bambastard) proves that tragic epidemic of stupidity reigns. Santa Claus(Dem party) using the U.S. treasury will do as did Rome and continue to buy the elections until it destroys what was once great about this nation.
When decay is deep enough we will fall. Sad but true. Even a civil war trying to stop this will likely only hasten it..
Yet I prefer the attempt rather than the slavish and cowardly march into oblivion without firing shot to try to stop the victory of Evil over Good.-Tyr
