Teen Bonnie and Clyde: Stolen Pickup Truck Found Abandoned in Georgia

Modern day Bonnie and Clyde ? Or more likley two idiots from Ky that are in deep do do. :laugh: And yet another Mom sounding like a idiot, telling her son she needs him home, a 18 year old takes a 13 year old across state lines to commit crimes, a Mom he won't be home for a while. :laugh:


A pickup truck allegedly stolen by two Kentucky (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/kentucky.htm) teenagers was found abandoned in Georgia (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/georgia.htm), authorities said, with another pickup reported missing nearby as their alleged crime (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/crime.htm) spree stretched into a new state.
The teens – identified as Cheyenne Phillips, 13, and Dalton Hayes, 18 – have been on the run since Jan. 4.
Surveillance images released by the Grayson County (Kentucky) Sheriff’s Office showed the teens at a Manning, South Carolina (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/news/south-carolina.htm) Walmart (http://abcnews.go.com/topics/business/companies/walmart.htm) Monday. Authorities said the teens were traveling in a stolen red 2006 Toyota Tacoma that had a firearm inside.

`Ok Im confused....Weren't Bonnie and Clyde bank robbers and killers? So these kids stole a car and tore up some ranch land, and they forged a bad check or whatever, and stole another car... ok ok so naughty kids! Very bad! They are in big trouble for sure but Bonnie and Clyde? Really?

I think the whole young couple breaking the law and all that, traveling from state to state, heck they kind of got me wanting them to win.

They got Busted, I am glad no one got hurt. As stupid as these kids where they didn't use the guns in the stolen vehicles, at least they where that smart. How should they be punished now, is the girl a victim or a accomplice? I see the girls mother ( who ya didn't hear from much ) stated she was afraid of what trouble he was going to get her daughter into, yes he was 18 and had a police record already but I believe punishment has to be handed out to both of these kids.



PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Two teenage sweethearts suspected in a crime spree of stolen vehicles and pilfered checks across the South have been taken into custody in Florida, Kentucky authorities said Sunday.



Grayson County Sheriff officials say in a statement that 18-year-old Dalton Hayes and his 13-year-old girlfriend, Cheyenne Phillips, were arrested without incident about 12:10 a.m. Sunday in Panama City Beach. The two had eluded police in multiple states while raising concern about their increasingly bold behavior.
Authorities say U.S. Marshal's Service and local law enforcement in Panama City Beach discovered Hayes and Phillips asleep in a 2001 Toyota Tundra that was stolen in Henry County, Georgia. The vehicle was surrounded by law enforcement and both Hayes and Phillips were taken into custody. Authorities plan to extradite Hayes and Phillips back to Kentucky where they are expected to face felony charges.
