Setting Whites On Fire: The New Knock Out Game?
http://american3rdposition.com/?p=13201
By Daily Kenn |
Is burning whites the new knock-out game? Scroll down to see the stories of 16 WHITE people that were burned by BLACKS in the last few years. With the endless media frenzy focused on Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin, you will not hear about most of these from the mainstream media. Why? Because they are white.
With the recent gruesome murder of Jessica Chambers, there is widespread speculation and argument as to whether her killer was black or white. Jessica, a 19 year old from Mississippi, was found walking, engulfed in flames after her attackers put lighter fluid in her mouth and lit her on fire. The attack happened on December 6, in Mississippi. While we wait for the police to make an arrest, we want to introduce you to 16 people that the media virtually ignored. It seems the new knockout game is often lethal. Lock and load.
They are all different ages, from all different states, but they have one thing in common they are all white and burned by blacks. Just last week, a beloved special needs teacher and her high school junior daughter from Charlettesville Virginia were beaten before they were burned in a house fire. Police arrested a black man named Gene Everett Washington and charged him with two counts of first-degree murder. I wonder why MSNBC is not covering this??
Michael Foster
15 year old Michael from Miami had burns over 60% of his body after 3 black classmates poured alcohol on him and set him on fire in a racist hate crime. All 3 are serving time in prison.
Allen Goin
A 13 year old from Kansas City, his 2 black teen attackers put him in a bear hug, poured gasoline on him and set him on fire saying, “This is what you get white boy”.
Gabriela Penalba
A 23 year old teacher in Knoxville Tennessee was set on fire by a 15 year old black student. She briefly turned her back to the class when the student lit her on hair and shirt ablaze.
Kathryn “Kit” Grazioli
Colorado Springs Firefighters found Kit’s body burning on a trail after a nearby resident called to report the fire. Officers arrested a black 21-year-old, Marcus Smith and charged him with 1st degree murder. Kit was a deacon at her church and loved by the community.
Jonathan Foster
In Houston, Mona Nelson, a black 44 year old woman abducted and killed 12 year old Jonathan with a blow torch on Christmas Eve, later dumping his body in a ditch. She was found guilty of capital murder and sentenced to life in prison. The story was getting mainstream media coverage until they arrested a black woman.
Kenneth Athey
Beaten with a hammer, stabbed, doused with chemicals and set on fire, 87 year old Kenneth survived to testify against his black male attacker.
Luke Fleischman
The 18 year old was set on fire while sleeping on a bus in San Francisco by Richard Thomas, black teenager who was prosecuted as an adult and sentenced to 7 years for the hate crime.
Richard Michael Carter
Two black brothers were arrested for shooting and burning Richard, a father from South Carolina.
Flo “Violet” Parker –The 67-year-old homeless woman from California was set on fire by a black man as she slept on a bench.
Nancy Harris — The 76-year-old grandmother was killed when a black man set fire to her while she was working at a convenience mart. She was loved in her Texas hometown and known as Grandma to everyone.
Melinda McCormick — A black woman and two black men beat and burned Melinda to death.
Jimmy Sanders – Shot and burned after stopping to help two black men, Erik Ellis, 28, and Malcolm Melton, 22, with car trouble. “He didn’t answer his phone. I called about eight or nine times. About an hour after he wouldn’t answer I got really, really nervous and upset,” Betty Sanders said. Jimmy was 65 and also from Mississippi, where Jessica Chambers was just burned.
Raymond Vasholz — Raymond died after his black neighbor, Terrance Hale, attacked him and his wife and set fires. Elizabeth and Raymond were married 58 years.
You and I both know that if the race roles were reversed there’d be a systematic condemnation of such behavior and nationwide protests leveled at “racist whites” randomly torching innocent blacks; but heretofore the media has been pretty damn quiet with little to no connection of the dots.

Those all seem to be terrible crimes.
And as noted most of the killers/arsons (all of them?) have gone to Jail or prison as it should be.
Those people are criminals and some racist as well from the reports. I pray it's not some "trend" by some small % of black teens.
However in each case justice served. correct?
Again i'll point out. In many of the case Blacks complain and March about the killers DO NOT go to jail.
and the Killers are POLICE officers. Not just some random racist "teen" or career criminal.
Is justice served in all these cases? when in case after case internal investigations find no fault and police never even see court.
Then they walk free back to the job?
Are these incidents really "the same"?
Both are bad but in the Black criminals killing whites there's NO question whether or not these people should go to jail.
But when innocent Blacks are killed by White Police, it's often called "justified".
so it's not quite Apples and Apples here is it?

Never mind. That was a loaded question you will never answer honestly.

I could post a fairly long list of Blacks and Whites that are dead or injured from police that no ones here's ever heard of. with no national attention.
As I've said several times there's a policing problem in general and minorities and the poor take the largest blows.
a couple of examples
In January of 1999, Irvin Landrum Jr. (18), was fatally wounded by the Claremont (CA) Police Department during a routine midnight traffic stop.
Several months later, the incident became extremely controversial as more facts were revealed about what really happened that night.
In January, 1999, Irvin Landrum Jr. was killed by two (2) Claremont police officers during a routine traffic stop.
Irvin was stopped allegedly for speeding on January 11, 1999 at approximately 1:07 a.m. Irvin was taken out of his car by two (2) officers reportedly to search the car and his person. The police officer claimed that when one of them started to pat Irvin down he took two steps back and pulled a gun from his waistband, aimed it at the police officer, and fired the gun.
The police officers claim they saw a muzzle flash in their direction and heard a gun shot. The police officers then took cover and fatally shot Irvin.
The ballistic report concluded that the alleged gun--the police claimed that Irvin had--was never fired. In addition, the forensic report concluded that no fingerprints could be lifted from the alleged weapon or the bullets inside of the gun. The gun had been wiped clean. Irvin could not have cleaned the gun because the injuries inflicted on his body left him unconscious from the moment he was shot until he expired six days later. Doesn’t this sound like the case in Los Angeles where rogue cops were killing men of color and then planted weapons on them to implicate them in a crime?
The other police officer involved in this shooting decided he would take the 5th and not make a statement to investigators about the activities of the police that led to the killing of Irvin.
Both of these police officers were allowed to continue to patrol the streets despite the facts that support an attempt by the police to cover up their crime.

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2010/03/lapd-shooting-of-autistic-man-demands-policy-review-aclu-says.html
The ACLU is demanding the Los Angeles Police Department examine its policies after officers shot and killed an autistic man in Koreatown early Saturday morning.
Steven Eugene Washington, 27, reached into his waistband for what officers believed was a weapon, authorities said. Although no weapon was found, officers said they feared for their lives because Washington did not respond to their commands and appeared to be reaching for his waistband.
Hours after the shooting, Washington's relatives criticized police and said the dead man had suffered from learning disabilities and was generally afraid of strangers. They insisted that he was not violent and that he probably was walking home after visiting a friend.
Ramona Ripston, the ACLU executive director for Southern California, said in a statement that the LAPD needs to provide more information to justify the shooting.
"We urge the LAPD to go beyond a one-time investigation examining the conduct of the officers, and take a broader look at changes in department policy and training that could help prevent such a tragedy from recurring," she said.

Witness says 16 year Kimani Gray had his hands up when NYPD cops shot him
A witness to the shooting of 16 year old Kimani Gray says the teen had his hands up in the air and begged undercover NYPD cops not to shoot him which they did anyway. The cops opened fire claiming that the teen pulled an old revolver on them but they still had time to pull out their guns and fire fire 11 shots before the teen could get off a single round.

On Wednesday, a victim of police brutality filed a lawsuit against a Chicago police officer as well as the city of Chicago. According to Courthouse News Service, in Apr. 2011, Chicago police appeared at Rita King’s door after a domestic disturbance complaint. King was approached by a police officer with a taser, arrested and then taken to the police station. She remained handcuffed to a table while she was questioned. Then, allegedly, she refused to be fingerprinted until someone explained why she was under arrest. A police officer responded: “We know somebody who can get your fingerprints.”
In entered police commander Glenn Evans who pressed his fist into King’s nose for three to five minutes, repeatedly saying, “I’m going to push your nose through your brain.” King bled profusely, was fingerprinted and was finally released from the station. She attempted to walk home, but lost consciousness after one block. When she woke up 30 minutes later, she managed to call a friend who brought her to the hospital where it was determined she suffered a facial fracture.
Evans has faced at least five other lawsuits as a Chicago police officer in the past. According to SJ&A attorneys, in 2006, an employee of Chicago’s Water Department named Rennie Simmons knocked on Evans door to deliver a notice for an overdue bill. Evans beat up Simmons, and preceded to choke him. Evans relented only after Simmons screamed that he was a stroke patient. Simmons went back to his car, called 911 and was shocked when he was arrested, not Evans.
In 2008, a college student named Cordell Simmons was brought into the station for a drug-related arrest. When Evans felt he wasn’t cooperating with police, he had Cordell stripped and held down while he tasered his groin.
Both of these lawsuits settled before reaching trial.
Despite all this, Evans was promoted to from lieutenant to commander in August 2012.

Riverside California police cleared of wrongdoing in murder of teenage black girl
By Jerry White and John Andrews
8 May 1999Four Riverside, California police officers who killed a 19-year-old black girl while she was lying unresponsive in the front seat of her car were cleared of criminal wrongdoing Thursday by a county district attorney. Tyisha Miller died last December 28 after police fired 24 gunshots at her, striking the young woman 12 times, including four times in the head. A family member and friend had summoned the police because they were concerned that Ms. Miller was having a seizure.
"We thought we were going to get justice," said the Reverend Bernell Butler, Ms. Miller's cousin and a spokesman for the family, "but we got the same old thing. Police officers are able to murder and get away with it." Butler said that all he and the family wanted was that the officers be made to answer to a judge and jury "like anyone else who shot a defenseless girl 12 times while she sat unconscious in her car."
Ms. Miller had pulled into a gas station parking lot with a flat tire shortly after 1 a.m. last December. The friend she was with left to get help while Ms. Miller stayed behind, locking the doors and rolling up the windows. She turned up the heat and the radio, and apparently put a pistol in her lap for protection.
When Ms. Miller's 18-year-old cousin, Anthonete Joiner, and a girlfriend arrived at the gas station they were unable to get the young woman to respond or to open the doors. Seeing foam around Ms. Miller's mouth, and fearing that she was in physical distress, they called 911 to get help from the police. When the police arrived Ms. Joiner ran over to them and said something was wrong with her cousin, that she would not wake up and that there was a gun on her lap.
Ms. Joiner said the policeman told her to get back, while he and three other officers began screaming at Ms. Miller to open the door and get out of the car. One officer pounded on the glass with a flashlight, she said, while the others took positions around the car, with their guns drawn. "A couple of minutes later," Ms. Joiner said, "they were shooting at her! She was just lying there the whole time!"
Initially, the police said the officers fired only after Ms. Miller had shot at them. After tests showed that Miller's gun had not been fired, the police changed their story to say they saw Miller arise and reach for her gun after one of the officers broke a window. Consequently, they said, they fired to protect themselves....
ever hear of these?

Always doubt anything presented by anecdotal evidence. One could whip up a frenzy about air safety with plane crash footage when the fact is that air travel is much safer than road travel.

Are you saying it never happens LTG? or that Blacks always deserve it?
And Garner, was Garner killed in the act of a crime LTG?
Are you saying if someone has a record but aren't committing a crime TODAY i.e. -innocent today- that it means they deserve to die any day at the cops discretion?
is that what your saying?
There is no doubt that there are bad cops, but for the most part if ya aren't doing wrong then you have no business with the cops and they can't do ya wrong.
I had a friend ( white ) that went to Daytona Florida for bike week, this guy owned a few bikes a vette heck he had it going on , all the woman he wanted and all the toys a young guy would want, heck he had life going on, he was a diamond cutter and had diamond chips in his front teeth ( way before it was cool ) he was also a jam up fighter, a 8th degree black belt but was just a great all around guy, well he was down there for bike week years ago ( the year that they had two cops for ever biker down there ) and he received a speeding ticket ( during Daytona anyway you must pay the fine on the spot or they haul you in and you sit at the jail until you can pay it) well it was the next morning that he got in touch with the guys he was there with ( the days before cells ) well to make a long story short the next night he pulled into a convenience store and the arresting officer pulled up along side him ( this is the police version ) supposedly the cops said I see you are a free man tonight and for no reason Tea ( my buddy ) pulled out his knife and said no I am a dead man and cut his throat ) Well his Mom wasn't buying that BS so she hired a private investigator and what he found was Tea had cracked ribs and bruises all the way up the back of his legs to his head ( the kind you get from a billy club ) it has been so long ago I don't remember much more other than no charges filed but there was a big cash award to tea's Mom.
That same year a biker from the mid West was down there and the cops shot and killed him, a shot right through his heart, they said he was reaching for his gun ( that was totally legal for him to carry ) that was in a shoulder holster on his left side, now if he had been reaching for his gun and the bullet went through his heart it would of almost had to of hit his hand or at least leave powder marks or something but none where found, but again no charges files, yes he happen to be involved in a argument with another and the cops where called.
Both of these stories are wrong no doubt and they both where against whites but both the police had to be called to even get them involved, yes chicken shit reason they where called but they had to be called none the less.
These Horor stories happens to blacks as well I know I am not disputing that what I am saying is forget the criminal record the victim had ( although many times that does tell a tale ) bottom line is the cops had to get involved for them to even of been talking to them, are all justified kills I doubt it but ya can't go to rioting when ya don't like the verdict and better yet looting every store in sight ( stealing from your neighbors ) this punishes the cops how ??? I feel in many cases it is giving young thugs a chance to act out ( white and black have been shown at these so called riots )
Our justice system isn't perfect by no means and maybe needs a major overhaul but we are suppose to live with there decisions and that's it unless of course you hire a attorney and keep fighting it, but rioting ( and lets tell the truth looting and just plain going crazy ) solves nothing.

I'm with you here. Rioting doesn't help anyone. it's an emotional tantrum at best and destructive of property and lives and as you say give some people an excuse to loot and destroy.
and as you point out with the 2 incident above, most of the time when this stuff happens very few people ever hear of it. In black and poor areas these stories circulate all the time and fester. So now we get a large public negative response. Rioting is wrong but IMO it's not completely irrational. But non violent peaceful protest are a national tradition and a right. so if people want to do that after EVERY questionable incident i don't see a problem. If it was done after 2 incidents you mentioned it'd be justified. Since the police seem caught lying and the GOOD cops and the whole system are allowing the bad cops to get away with murder.
I don't have a problem with peaceful, LOUD complaint and continued legal responses. Cops who murder and cover it up is not something where we should have to just live with the decisions.
Concerning not getting in the sights of the cops. As your stories point out most people aren't looking for trouble from the police. and most people, even in poor areas, want GOOD police. it's ashamed we sometimes have to wonder (1 outta 10-50-100 times deepening on where you live?) if the police on scene will help or make it worse.
But as long as the police response is equal to the crime, people who are breaking the law don't get to complain or ask for support because some OTHER cops are out of control.
As you say the system and people are not perfect. we can't afford to be lazy citizens and try to paint ALL the police as Good or Bad.
It's a human institution so it must be looked at realistically.

Tell me, Sir Rev..What is Justice?
When a police officer is doing his duty correctly and honorably - as 98% do - and some idiot
decides to defy and/or attack that Officer, What is the alternative?
Unless you've worn those shoes, you are not qualified to judge!
I do not care if the idiot mentioned above is Black (no such thing as African-American), Hispanic (no such thing as Mexican-American), Asian (No such thing as Asian American), then the Officer has a right and Authority to both protect him/herself and carry out their duty.
If the assailant suffers harm of any kind, 9 of 10 times +, they were the aggressor...either physically or verbally.
What 'Justice' does Law Enforcement get when they are murdered and attacked?
What "Justice" do innocent homeowners and shopkeepers get when bands of unruly Black rioters storm a neighborhood to loot, rob, set fires, and attack others?
What "Justice" did the supposed grieving family members give the dead punk(s) while he/they was growing up? Did they teach him to be civil? Moral? Respectful? Aware of Law and Authority? No...they teach NOTHING but hate!

Is anyone tired of hearing the Mayor of NYC, or Sharpton say....'We need to instruct the police about race'? When the truth should be. "When will Americans begin to follow laws, no matter what race they are, nor where they happen to live, and be INSTRUCTED about obeying the laws without killing one-another"?
When someone allows someone else to step forward, and take part in the TRUE conversation Sharpton, and Obama keep telling all of us THEY NEED TO BEGIN...without instantly CEASING the conversations by YELLING LOUDER, and LONGER before calling others RACISTS....then, and only then..MIGHT That conversation actually happen.

depends on what you mean by "defy".
is defy asking the officer what's going on?
or not moving quickly enough or moving too quickly?
if an officer is rushed by someone with a gun or knife or is in the commission of a crime
--AS I'VE SAID OVER AND OVER in VARIOUS THREADS--
it's perfectly justified to shoot the attacker. what is it about that that you don't get? please tell me.
But Please tell me where the person in this video DEFIED or ATTACKED or threatened an Officer or anyone?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHzYIrBffVs
please tell me how out of 5 cops the 98% of good ones don't expose the less than 1 cop that's bad who tried to send this man to prison for nothing.

Unless you've worn those shoes, you are not qualified to judge!
2 points here
1. Cops are public servants they work for the public and are in fact subject to our judgement on their performance.
If they don't like it they can quit or decide to perform to public standards. But not make up rules on their own.
2. Cops have to follow the LAW as well as the rest of us. A badge is not a license to harass and kill.
If the assailant suffers harm of any kind, 9 of 10 times +, they were the aggressor...either physically or verbally.
Maybe, i'd say it depends on where you live, and the kind of police force is in your area.
Some PDs are outstanding others are well known to be corrupt and aggressive have arrest quotas, and cover for bad cops.
we can't make up some willy nilly number and ASSUME innocents of 98% of police especially in the light of the amount of stories that can be posted that show some police doing dirt year after year and many stay on the job.
And rarely does a VERBAL "attack" call for a Physical response. Frankly i can't think of where it does.
Cops aren't paid to keep their pride intact like in some bar, but to keep the PEACE.
you're full of crap here Elessar.
What 'Justice' does Law Enforcement get when they are murdered and attacked?
when the Killer goes to court is sent to prison or is killed by other cops.
the same as when a "civilian" is murdered and attacked by some criminal. Is there some special justice for police Elessar.
What "Justice" do innocent homeowners and shopkeepers get when bands of unruly Black rioters storm a neighborhood to loot, rob, set fires, and attack others?
When the looters go to court then jail, or gets shot in the act.

depends on what you mean by "defy".
is defy asking the officer what's going on?
or not moving quickly enough or moving too quickly?
if an officer is rushed by someone with a gun or knife or is in the commission of a crime

1. Cops are public servants they work for the public and are in fact subject to our judgement on their performance.
If they don't like it they can quit or decide to perform to public standards. But not make up rules on their own.
2. Cops have to follow the LAW as well as the rest of us. A badge is not a license to harass and kill.

The defining difference between your examples and the OP is that the system worked and punished the offenders in the OP, but in your examples, the system DIDN'T work and punish the offending cops.

Agreed
And that is where the probelm is, the system should always work or at least be close enough to it, but we do have some bad eggs, to me it is how we fix the problems at this point.

The silence when its black on white murder due to organized racism is deafening gigantic!!!!!!!
And that silence is part of an organized political and government agenda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!--Tyr

Do not think that its only blacks totally shafted by cops by those illegal actions. I've experienced it first hand myself more than once and know of and saw it several times with others too!
To this day, I am a firm believer in the Rule of Law but also greatly dislike cops due to what I have seen and experienced myself.
Nobody that has not experienced what a bad cop does to you can truly understand the degradation , anger and abject since of injustice you feel.
I know of cops that truly deserve to have been shot for things they did .
Yet its near impossible to get others that have not experienced it to understand and part of that is the willingness to think you are lying to justify yourself when telling of the accounts. I don't have to lie because unfortunately it happened to me and with witnesses that backed up my story 100%..No action ever taken against cops because that would have gotten me to be a "marked man" ( for future harassment) by their compatriots....
Also reliable witness saw a cop strike my younger brother with his nightstick as Ronald was getting into the backseat of his patrol car after being told he was under arrest for public drunkenness. Told me the cop knocked him out as he was stepping into the car . Two years later the same cop was fired for several transgressions , one was demanding and accepting cash payments to just let people go after catching them engaging in crimes. Guy was a bad apple, fired --moved away. Good that he moved out of state because for about a decade I looked for him every late night hang out, bar or club I went to. My plan was to beat him half to death--I still have that intent should I ever meet the bastard in the right location. I don't forget or drop such righteous grudges and that all took place in the mid 1970's. I never forget people that--have it coming to them!!! NEVER!!! --Tyr

Agree whole heartily !!!
As most know I love to ride a motorcycle, well when a cop walks into a bar or any place bikers are gathered ( and I am talking 98% of the cops not the 2% that we mostly agree are bad ) they are there to deal with criminals, doesn't matter if you have never had a speeding ticket if you wear black leather, have tattoo's, or long hair ( hell y'all know what bikers look like ) you are automatically considered a criminal by most cops, so Rev I respect you and respect what you have to say but understand blacks aren't the only ones that get discriminated against, heck just look at some of the big clubs that no longer fly there colors because of laws written just for them.

We've agree on this for years Tyr, and nothing's changed.
Most of the police abuse articles n vids i've posted in the past have been harassment and murderous acts done against white people.
Bad and corrupt police are BLUE, often not black or white.
There are Black Cops that harass BLACK PEOPLE and whites doing in whites everyday.
Cops gone bad are often a gang/race/tribe unto themselves.
I've always said it's a policing problem, where the poor of all races, and minorities see most of it but it's definitely universal.
and i wish those complaining the most on TV would make that more clear. Because right now it's seems like another divide and conquer thing that's helping very few.
Just today i read another 1 where a family called the police to help with their mentality ill young adult son and the cops came in and Shot the boy after a 20 mins of trying to corral him in the home.
the father said the killer said "we don't have time for this" and he shot the guy in the chest killing him.
all whites involved, it doesn't matter. it's wrong.
And 1 where five cops wrestle a guy to the ground beating on him . he hadn't committed a crime he'd come from the movies with is wife and grown daughter. The wife and kid had been "fighting" when the cops the showed up and they decided to focus on him for some reason. They beat him down and killed him. black white whatever that Crap is wrong.
no protest or riots over either of those, no big nat'l news stories, just another days bad police work.

Rev, you know that I'm on your side when it comes to the general topic of TOO many cops in most places and TOO many incidents of unConstitutional behavior from those who are supposed to be serving us (not abusing our rights) but the two videos leave me believing that guy #1 WAS intoxicated and his mom should have advised him wisely (without involving herself UNWISELY). You can't simply believe commentators without observing for yourself what actually happened. As for video #2, the cops were wrong if they hid evidence but their defense is as valid as the guy who UNWISELY disobeyed an order from the cops by NOT getting out. In fact, his defense in saying that he feared being shot if he exited the vehicle is STUPID cuz he could have just as easily been shot where he sat.
Again, I am with you on much of this (like the Boston Bombing stuff), Katrina or the guy shot at that gas station (you know, the one you posted a number of weeks/months ago) but you truly have to tone it down a bit because many of your recent posts diminishes credibility of the message you are trying relay.
There's too many videos out there instead of the ones I've seen recently. And for the record, that Brit was ANNOYING!

There are many rumors, but the fact is that Denzel Washington made a sizable donation to the Fischer House Foundation.
Fischer House operates guest facilities for families with loved ones recuperating in military hospitals
James Weiskoptf, the Foundations Vice President for Communications said;
"While we do not disclose the amount of a donation without approval from the donor, we can acknowledge that it is one of the most significant received in our history"

Only if you use the term "genius" the way Mark Levin does.

There was a time not so long ago, perhaps 5 minutes ago, that I would think these types of attacks need to be addressed, but thankfully I now know that we just have to accept that our new normal involves just such attacks. As long as it's a way of expressing our hostility it's fine, yeah maybe the police will get involved, but then we can express our displeasure with them, right?
