OK so now every time a cop shoots a black man the National Guard must be called on. I wonder if Sharpton is on his way to WI? How about Obama will he take time from his vacation to talk about if he had a mentally ill son ..... I am guessing they will take a break for Christmas and get back to working on a race war after the first of the year.

The Wisconsin National Guard is on standby Monday after a police officer was cleared in a shooting incident of mentally ill black man.

Law enforcement in Wisconsin is on alert Monday night after the Milwaukee district attorney declined to file criminal charges against a former Milwaukee police officer who shot and killed a mentally ill man in April of this year.
The family of Dontre Hamilton is already drawing comparisons to their situation and that of Michael Brown and Eric Garner due to the lack of criminal charges being brought against officer Christopher Manney.
