The article is exactly right, if they convict the officer than the thugs are going to celebrate and how will they celebrate , more than likely the same way they had there peaceful demonstrations  The police say they feel powerless ( thank you to Obama and the Injustice system ) yes folks it is time to arm yourself and take care of you and yours, IT IS NOT OK TO BURN A TOWN DOWN AND STEAL ANYTHING YOU WANT BECAUSE YOU ARE MAD
No matter which way the grand jury goes, Ferguson residents need to arm themselves.
As of this writing, the grand jury has not yet announced a decision in the Wilson/Brown case. In preparation, the Governor has issued a state of emergency, and police are gearing up for mayhem.
It doesn’t matter which way the jury is going to swing. If they choose to indict Officer Wilson, protesters aren’t just going to pack up and go home and be done with it. If anything, they’ll celebrate.
And how will they celebrate? Probably in the same way they’d react if Wilson isn’t indicted. They’d clash with police, they’d loot stores, and set buildings on fire. They’d just be happy while doing it instead of angry.
According to some police forums, many cops feel powerless in what they can do to help keep the peace. As a result, some were apparently strongly encouraging residents to arm themselves and to stay armed (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/11/17/read-supposed-ferguson-area-cops-ominous-warning-on-whats-coming-im-serious-get-a-gun/):
