I seen this and was surprised, she is always right on the money, and to see her make a mistake like that was extremely surprising, but she carried on without even batting a eye, yup even in a complete screw up she was cool as a cucumber.

The article this was taken from is from an admirer who pointed out that she took total responsibility for it and later in the show you'll see her fessing up. I was watching the show and knew she flubbed his name ... just didn't know what she said until I saw this.

I love watching her show ... she's even giving the Seals a hard time.
