I was taught NEVER to be alone with a female as to reduce the risk of adultery/fornication. In a business setting that means leave the door open, invite a third person. It also means not going to company functions where alcohol is served. As an extra measure of caution, communicate with women chiefly via email. Wouldn't this solve the problem?
One thing that our culture needs to change is accepting men who prosecute women that abuse them. Rather than dismissing them as a wuss, they should be encouraged for being wise enough to avoid criminal liability.
