Expert: 'Unusual' That Ebola Medical Staff Is Not Quarantined

This makes sense, if you are a medical worker that feels it necessary to go and help with Ebola Patients you ought to automatically on return to the states go into a 21 day quarantine, some how we have to protect the population here in the states.



Infectious disease expert Dr. Robert Lahita says he is surprised medical personnel who have worked directly with Ebola patients aren't automatically quarantined.

Lahita, a professor of medicine at Rutgers University, told Fox News Channel's "The Kelly File" (http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/the-kelly-file/index.html) on Thursday that Dr. Craig Spencer, who tested positive for Ebola earlier in the day in New York City, followed the prescribed protocols, even though he went out in public before exhibiting a fever and diarrhea.


Spencer isolated himself in his Harlem apartment after exhibiting symptoms. Health officials say the disease cannot be transmitted by a nonsymptomatic person, and even then only by exposure to bodily fluids.

It defies all logic and common sense, doesn't it. It's almost as if some of these people are intentionally trying to spread the disease. Because the alternative theory is....they are too stupid to be alive.

And that 21 day quarantine should NOT be merely "voluntary". Do we really need to enact a law that will legally punish anyone that does not follow this common-sense approach? Looks like.

Ebola has been around since the 70's, first and foremost step has always been containment but suddenly with Obama in charge that was cancelled.

Oh, I agree. Nothing the sob has done has been done with America's best interests in mind. Quite the opposite, in fact. It should be obvious to everyone by now what his agenda is and what his intentions are. But nooooo! Too many stuckonstupids in this country. And he has invited millions more to flood in via his impending EO-amnesty. Swell.

At this point.....the only naysayers to the clearly obvious (Obama's agenda) would be either the stuckonstupid useful idiots or the aholes that are 'in on it'. Both groups are dangerous to the freedoms of all Americans and need to be dealt with accordingly, IMO.
