She looks like someone is feeding her cues through a tiny earpiece telling her: Keep smiling. Make sure you grin. Smile broadly.

And she does this in the face of Kelly discussing grave matters and posing serious questions. (Psaki does this all the time during press briefings, as well.)

Does she think she can charm or flirt her way out of interactions? Is she mentally ill? Is she on drugs? Or is this just smug, childish arrogance (a hallmark of members of the Obama administration)?

Of course, it could be all of the above, and then some.`
