WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama announced in May 2013 that no lethal strike against a terrorist would be authorized without "near-certainty that no civilians will be killed or injured."

`Since when did war become a clean and exact action where civilians in the area could not die? It seems that people want this kind of action to become so sterile that they forget that war is something not to be desired, yeah I`m sure that everyone wishes for no civilians to die but in a area where terrorist inter mingle with civilians then the only question remains is how to minimize civilian deaths, but if you cant... well they don't care weather they kill civilians or not....
