While I don't support discrimination based on straight-up bigotry, I do believe there are certain types in which the owner/proprietor/manager does have the right to have a say in who they do business with.

When it comes to any type of business that involves the use of firearms, the owner has, IMO, the right to allow/exclude anyone he or she damn well pleases. There's a high liability risk involved when operating a shooting range, and if the person running it gets a questionable vibe from someone, they have the right to exclude him/her from using their facilities and/or renting/selling a weapon.

According to what she wrote, she is allowed to not allow business to people she has a suspicion about, as per the ATF/FBI, as a licensed gun dealer. That if she is even doubtful as a hunch, she has the right to deny said person a gun.

I think the point of "sexy" is the blatant and huge discrimination and subjugation of women in the muslim world, a kind of tossing it in your face thing. Considering how prone the scum are to murdering innocent people she has every right to not allow such scum access to her guns.

LongTermGuy, this is a touchy subject with me (as is banning any particular cult or religion) cuz it seems to challenge our rights as much as RESCUE them but in this case (a flat out cult) who are prone to violence and at any given time unpredictable, I'd say that I'd feel much safer at that lady's shooting range knowing that there were no muSLUMS. Of course, one can never tell who is or isn't a muSLUM (newly converted or otherwise) and there's always the Security overriding FREEDOM issue that I have. Still, she should simply (as DMP or someone suggested) make her establishment a PRIVATE CLUB (like a golf or archery club). In fact, many businesses may have to adopt that principle (sorta like SAMS club....bad example tho) to prevent big bro/sis from forcing us to do that which is not in our best interest or the safety of our customers.
