For the republicans, Giuliani and McCain keep swapping first and second place about every other poll. After those two it's Newt Gingrich at a fairly distant third, but I think the more hard-righties might be able to make it happen for Gingrich if he decides to run.
In the Blue corner, Hillary's in a very strong lead over Obama, who has Edwards and Gore (Gore's said he's not into it, but there's still speculation and interest) trailing closely.
In the let's pretend General Election, it's hard to tell. If you sort of mentally average all the polls sited here, (http://www.pollingreport.com/2008.htm) it looks like all matches between Clinton or Obama and Guiliani or McCain are within just a couple points either direction.
Already a nailbiter.

Too early.
Anyone who thinks either Hitlery or Barack Hussein Osama stands a snowball's chance at being the next president needs electroshock therapy.
That being said, please please please please Dems, nominate one of these two

Doesn't really matter who we nominate if you guys go for Newt or Tancredo. That would just be too much fun. :lmao:

NOTHING... would/will be more fun, than if hitlery runs. She's got more dirt and baggage to dig up than probably anyone has had for YEARS.

And thinks the electorate is so dumb she can hide it all behind the ‘new and improved’ smoke screen and win…wait, her electorate are that dumb. Never mind. :D

won't it be fun to see just how dirty a campaign can get if you guys would only cooperate and nominate Newt. That would be a supremely entertaining mudfest.

I can see Newt breaking out with a big smear campaign on McCain or Giuliani, whichever's the frontrunner, his electorate falling for it and giving him the nomination, only for him to get his own dirty laundry aired in public. That'll be sweet.

It would be. But his "base" doesn't care about right-wing dirty laundry. But that'll make it even more interesting for us. :p

Frankly, I'm willing to bet anyone right now, that NO big name republican will get the nomination. It's a long time away, and a lot of debates and campaigning to go. Speaking just for myself, but I'm also willing to bet, that too many of us conservatives are SICK AND TIRED of the same old shit, the same old people, and the same old status quo. We need new blood, and that's what we'll have.
You liberals stick with hitlery... yeah... she's a REEEEAAAALL winner. :uhoh:

Pretty soon, candidates will just go straight from being elected to campaigning for the next election. Might as well. They're pretty-much all worthless as it is.
I see the Dems are already trying to predetermine the outcome with their usual onslaught of polls. What a crock.

My preference, in order:
1. Newt Gingrich

I don't see myself voting for Kucinich.
Tancredo is my man for president.
