Salafists Form 'Sharia Police' In Order To Enforce Sharia Law in Germany
MOSCOW, September 6 (RIA Novosti), Ekaterina Blinova - Eleven members of the self-proclaimed "Sharia Police," which were allegedly trying to "influence and recruit" German youths, were stopped by local police on Wednesday, September 3, in Wuppertal, a city of 350,000.
"These people's intention is to provoke and intimidate and force their ideology (upon others)," claimed Peter Jung, Wuppertal's mayor, adding that Wuppertal has always been an "open and tolerant city, which is proud of the fact that people of different religions and convictions live together in peace," as cited by Deutsche Welle.
The followers of Salafism, a fundamentalist form of Islam were seen on Wednesday, September 3, dressed in orange traffic safety vests with the words 'Sharia Police' on their backs, 'patrolling' the streets of Wuppertal. The Salafi volunteers have declared the nightlife areas of Wuppertal to be a 'Sharia Controlled Zone,' and persuaded young people "to refrain from alcohol, drugs, gambling, attending concerts, watching pornography or visiting prostitutes," the media source notes.
"What have all the grumblers now coming out of the woodwork done for wayward youth? Do you realize how many are buying and consuming drugs? If you are so honest and good, where is your shrieking and outrage?" read the statement on the 'Sharia Police Germany' Facebook page, as cited by United Press International.
A propaganda video, posted on YouTube by German Salafists, shows Muslim volunteers urging young people to visit Salafists' mosques and offers them 'a path to paradise.'
The initiative of the Muslim fundamentalists has immediately provoked serious concerns among the city-dwellers and the state authorities, who suspect the 'Sharia Police' members areencouraging German youths to join ISIS or other Islamist radical groups. It is worth mentioning that Northrhein-Westphalia's Salafist community consists of 1,800 members, ten of whom are considered to be radical extremists.
Deutsche Welle has cited Birgitta Rademacher, the Wuppertal Police Chief, as saying: "Intimidation or provocation won't be tolerated." She also added that the so-called 'Sharia Police' had no legitimate right to act as police in Germany.
"The video is a new provocation and part of the Salafist propaganda, which shows that the scene does not acknowledge Germany's rule of law," stressed Joerg Rademacher, the German Interior Minister spokesperson, as quoted by the NBC News.
It is not the first time Muslim fundamentalists are trying to enforce Sharia law in European cities. In 2013, the Guardian reported of self-styled "Muslim Patrol" vigilantes jailed for harassing London civilians. The gang had assaulted Britons for drinking alcohol, claiming, reportedly: "Why are you poisoning your body? It is against Islam. This is Muslim Patrol. Kill the non-believers."
In the wake of the increased domestic threat, posed by the Islamic State's followers, experts call the European governments to keep an eye on local sectarian Islamic groups.
What other religion--arms its members and goes out into the streets to enforce its religious laws(Sharia law)???
They should have shot down those vermin for such tyranny and treason..
What, you say no way???
Ok tell me where you live so I can bring my religious law to force upon you.
Do you think those armed fanatics were playing patty-cake or what.
They were armed--they should have been shot down like the scum they are IMHO.
Let 'em come into my neighborhood at night doing that and I'll reply with my own means of force.. They will not survive attempting to take my freedom away.. Fact
Armed men unlawfully confront me I'll shoot first and ask questions later.
At the very least those men should get life in prison IMHO.
Folks , this is exactly what Islam is... It is a barbaric , murdering enslaving cult founded by a child molesting piece of mad raving scum...-Tyr

The radicalized version of Sharia is likely what he refers to - where people are killed for apostasy, adultery and other petty crimes. TONS of discrimination towards women as well, and it varies. But the radical side of Islam is larger than most will admit, millions at the bare minimum, up to hundreds of millions if you believe the research.
At any rate, to be more specific, maybe outlaw everything within except for things like you pointed out that are technically harmless to anyone. Ban any and all instances that would in any remote way go against our laws. It's not against the law to be an apostate, or cheat on your wife. It's not against the law to say muhammed sucks ass. But many out there would have you killed for that, and much less.

Unlikely but I would venture a guess that anything Sharia that is not technically harmless is already illegal. The point is just that any form of "Sharia police" should have no force of law or coercion.

So long as not a single place in the land allows for a separate 'court' of sorts for them to rule their own shariah. They MUST use solely our own courts and laws.

Secular Court Called on To Enforce Beth Din Ruling
The filing sheds light on an unusual area of the law, in which American courts can enforce the result of a Jewish legal ruling. American courts have historically maintained a strict separation between religious and secular law and have rejected attempts to enlist secular courts in religious disputes. But in civil disputes, the courts can and do enforce binding arbitrations of all stripes, including those carried out by a beth din.
In general, the United States believes in freedom of contract. If you and I agree to conduct ourselves by Jewish law, the courts will require that, not because they believe in Jewish law but because they believe in contracts law, said Rabbi Michael Broyde, a law professor at Emory University School of Law and a member of the Beth Din of America. (He is not involved, or familiar, with this case.)

I wouldn't have an issue with that if the muslims throughout the world haven't used Sharia a zillion times over in order to kill and subjugate women. The subjugation could easily exist with little muslim kangaroo courts deciding their fates. Time and time and time again it's been shown that sharia has been used to enforce a dominating way of life. To enforce a contract is one thing, to have a separate court that oversees almost every aspect of your life though?
Remember what Abso and Jafar taught us - Muslim and Sharia are one, and it's a way of integrated life. Their entire lives are to be molded around sharia. They want no part of our courts, and I say tough shit. If you live here, you live under the rules here.

But MANY do, and MANY, if not MOST, end up with women discriminated against in a major way and/or subjugated. It's not fair to compare with other religions - as I know of no other modern religion, that has a set of laws, where people are killed as a result, imprisoned for petty crimes, body defaced for petty crimes... These are not remote instances, but rather daily instances.

I don't disagree that they have major problems but if there is one instance of a religious court arbitrating then what's the difference between another religious court arbitrating? There are plenty of instances of arbitration and mediation that go on in this country. Besides any instance of discrimination or subjugation is still against other laws in this country.

I don't take issue with arbitration, but that's not really a separate court as I meant it. Many companies demand 'binding arbitration' and such. It's using Sharia law as a total. Arbitration would touch upon about .02% of Sharia. And if that's the case, I have no issue with that.

Here just for you, thank me later ok?
Sharia law is the law of Islam. The Sharia (also spelled Shariah or Shari'a) law is cast from the actions and words of Muhammad, which are called "Sunnah," and the Quran, which he authored.
The Sharia law itself cannot be altered, but the interpretation of the Sharia law, called "figh," by imams is given some leeway.
As a legal system, the Sharia law covers a very wide range of topics. While other legal codes deal primarily with public behavior, Sharia law covers public behavior, private behavior and private beliefs. Of all legal systems in the world today, Islam's Sharia law is the most intrusive and strict, especially against women.
According to the Sharia law:
Theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand (above).
Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran is punishable by death.
Criticizing or denying Muhammad is a prophet is punishable by death.
Criticizing or denying Allah, the moon god of Islam is punishable by death.
A Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death.
A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death.
A non-Muslim man who marries a Muslim woman is punishable by death.
A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.
Girls' clitoris should be cut (per Muhammad's words in Book 41, Kitab Al-Adab, Hadith 5251).
A woman can have 1 husband, but a man can have up to 4 wives; Muhammad can have more.
A man can unilaterally divorce his wife but a woman needs her husband's consent to divorce.
A man can beat his wife for insubordination.
Testimonies of four male witnesses are required to prove rape against a woman.
A woman who has been raped cannot testify in court against her rapist(s).
A woman's testimony in court, allowed only in property cases, carries half the weight of a man's.
A female heir inherits half of what a male heir inherits.
A woman cannot drive a car, as it leads to fitnah (upheaval).
A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative.
Meat to be eaten must come from animals that have been sacrificed to Allah - i.e., be Halal.
Muslims should engage in Taqiyya and lie to non-Muslims to advance Islam.
The list goes on.
Where in the world is the Sharia law actually in use?
Muslims' aspired Sharia-ruled state is Saudi Arabia, the birthplace of Muhammad. It has no legal code other than the Sharia, which is enforced without mercy (see Sharia law in Saudi Arabia). But the Sharia law is also used in full or in part, nationally or regionally in:

* In the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, and other European countries that resist the penetration of Sharia law, it has proven adept at infiltrating elements of the society that are left vulnerable (see Sharia law in America and the Islamization of America).
** Percent of Muslims who favor making Sharia the official law in their country (source: Pew Forum Research, 2013). In many countries where an official secular legal system exists alongside Sharia, the vast majority of their Muslim citizens favor making Sharia the official law. For example, while the Egyptian military may have blocked the Muslim Brotherhood's efforts in this direction, 74% of Egypt's Muslims still favor it. Even in Jordan, Indonesia and Malaysia - Muslim countries with progressive images - the relatively secular ruling elite sit atop Muslim masses, 71%, 72% and 86% respectively of whom want their countries to be ruled by Sharia. And in Iraq, where the United States shed blood and money for over a decade to try to plant democracy, 91% of its Muslims want to live under Sharia.

You make multiple false accusations and then you complain because I dare to answer back.. That is typical lib/dem tactics 101 at every political forum I've been at for over a decade now.

Gooooooooooooood enough to get you to run from this shown again below ..
When I pointed out your spin into arbitration on civil matters concerning Sharia law away from the serious actions like murder, rape, cutting off body parts and absolute and total degradation of women! -Tyr
And both of these.--Tyr

What are you on about now? Trying to create what I think in your imagination? Your buddy isn't good at it and apparently neither are you. I already said my piece on non-civil Sharia:
Unlikely but I would venture a guess that anything Sharia that is not technically harmless is already illegal. The point is just that any form of "Sharia police" should have no force of law or coercion.
I just don't feel the need to look like a raving lunatic while doing so. You though...

When you're finished with Tyr, who will you move on to next ?
Only one response (.. keeping it decent !) really fits, doesn't it, FJ ? Namely ....

Oh, by the way, FJ ....
In Internet slang (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_slang), a troll (/ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English)ˈ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)t (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)r (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)oʊ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)l (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)/ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English), / (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English)ˈ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)t (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)r (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)ɒ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)l (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English#Key)/ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:IPA_for_English)) is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people,[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)#cite_note-Campbell-Trolls-1) by posting inflammatory,[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)#cite_note-2) extraneous (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/extraneous#Adjective), or off-topic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Off-topic) messages in an online community
Anyone reviewing our many past exchanges cannot help but observe the above to be an excellent summary of tactics YOU have employed !!

Ten days to respond and that's what you come up with? At least make it intelligible next time.
